WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however, during periods of high demand such as sales and collection releases please allow up to 5-12 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. For International shipping please allow 7-21 business days.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and most credit cards (Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges due to it being difficult to verify that the item has not been worn. Customer satisfaction is highly valued to us. If you have further questions please contact us at info@trillartfactory.com
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES
Trill Art Factory WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
If your package is “return to sender” we will reship the item to the updated address. However; Customer is responsible for shipping invoice for the second delivery attempt.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped with package tracking. Your tracking number is sent to the email you checked out through the store. Please check your inbox or spam folder. If you still can not find the tracking information please contact us.
HOW DO I WASH MY TAF DRIP?
For the best results we recommend washing in cold or warm water and hang dry. This prevents any possible shrinkage/damage to the art.
