Refund policy

Return/Exchange

All sales are final sales, being a small operation we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless something is damaged or our fault. If for some reason you received a defective item feel free to email us at info@trillartfactory.com and we will take care of it.

We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed). 

Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item please email us.

Do not send back any items unless you have already contacted us and have been given an approval to return. 

*Please note cancelled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee*

Our policy lasts 30 days from when the product was received. If 30 days have gone by since receiving the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Trill Art Factory does not provide prepaid returns/exchange shipping labels and returns/exchanges shipping is at the customers’ expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
